Las Vegas SEO Company | Local SEO & AI SEO Expert
As a Las Vegas SEO company, I help businesses increase their visibility where customers are actually searching today. Since 2013, I’ve specialized in SEO and now provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for businesses across Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Enterprise, Spring Valley, Paradise, and the surrounding Las Vegas Valley.
I can get your business found and recommended on Google Search, Google Maps, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI powered search experiences that are changing how people discover local businesses.
How My Las Vegas SEO Company Helps Businesses Get Found on Google, Google Maps & AI Search
The fundamentals of SEO haven’t changed.
Search engines and AI platforms still need trustworthy information to understand who you are, what you do, and when to recommend your business. What’s changed is where that information gets pulled from.
As a Las Vegas SEO marketing company, I don’t just focus on your website. Your Google Business Profile, online reviews, citations, brand mentions, topical authority, structured data, and content all become touchpoints search engines and AI platforms pull from, and every one of them plays a role in whether your business gets surfaced in Google Search, AI Overviews, and AI assistants.
My approach to SEO is simple: build a digital presence that earns visibility wherever your customers are actually looking for answers, whether that’s a Google search, an AI Overview, or a recommendation from ChatGPT.
SEO, AEO, GEO... What's the Difference? (And Why It's Still All SEO)
I get asked this a lot, usually by a business owner who just read an article that made it sound like SEO is dead and they need three new agencies to keep up.
Here’s the truth: you don’t.
These aren’t three separate jobs. They’re three destinations that all get built from the same foundation.
Traditional SEO (Includes Local SEO)
Traditional SEO is the original. It’s about ranking well in classic search results, the blue links, when someone searches on Google or Bing. This is your website structure, your on-page content, your technical health, your local map presence. It’s still the backbone of everything else, and it isn’t going anywhere.
AEO, or Answer Engine Optimization
AEO, or Answer Engine Optimization, is about helping your business become the answer when someone asks a question online. Instead of focusing only on where your website ranks, AEO focuses on creating clear, helpful content that directly answers the questions your customers are asking. It also involves organizing your website in a way that makes it easy for Google and AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to understand what your business does, where you operate, and why you’re a trustworthy source. The better these platforms understand your business, the more likely they are to recommend it when people are looking for your services.
GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization
GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization, focuses on increasing the likelihood that AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Overviews recommend your business when someone asks for advice or local recommendations. Unlike AEO, which is centered on helping AI answer specific questions, GEO is about building the trust and credibility needed to earn those recommendations. AI evaluates signals from your website, customer reviews, online directories, and other reputable sources to determine whether your business is one it can confidently recommend. The stronger your overall online reputation and authority, the more likely your business is to be included in AI generated recommendations.
The good news is that you don’t have to choose between SEO, AEO, and GEO.
I don’t treat SEO, AEO, and GEO as separate services with separate strategies. I build a SEO strategy that incorporates all three and helps your business earn visibility in Google Search, Google Maps, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and whatever comes next.
Las Vegas Local SEO That Works Because Everything Is Connected
What Is Local SEO, and Why Does It Have to Be Connected?
Most SEO companies treat local SEO like an isolated checklist: fix your Google Business Profile, build a few citations, call it done. But local SEO doesn't happen in a vacuum. It's the sum of everything a search engine and an AI platform can find about your business anywhere online, your website, your videos, your content, your reputation, and yes, whether you're actually showing up in the Map Pack when it matters most. That's why I don't treat local SEO as a standalone service. I build it as the foundation everything else feeds into.
Local SEO Services I Provide
Google Business Profile Optimization
Keeping your profile accurate, complete, and active so you show up in the Map Pack.
Apple Business Connect Profile Optimization
Making sure Apple Maps and Siri have the same accurate business info as Google.
Bing Places Profile Optimization
Extending your local visibility to Bing search and Microsoft's AI tools.
On-Page Search Engine Optimization
Optimizing titles, headers, and content so search engines understand every page.
Off-Page Search Engine Optimization
Building the outside signals, citations, mentions, and reputation, that back up your site.
Google Maps & Map Pack Optimization
Positioning your business to earn a spot in the top local map results.
Local Citation & NAP Management
Keeping your business name, address, and phone number consistent everywhere online.

Social Media Profile Optimization
Making sure your social profiles reinforce the same trusted business info.
AI Search Optimization (AEO & GEO)
Positioning your business to get cited by ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI Overviews.
Local Keyword Research
Finding the exact terms your local customers are searching to find you.
Technical SEO Audits
Diagnosing the technical issues quietly holding your site back.
SEO Video Marketing
Creating video content built to earn both engagement and search visibility.
SEO Content Marketing
Writing content that answers real questions and earns AI citations.
Your Website Is Part of Your Local SEO
Take your website. A generic template with a few keywords swapped in for each city isn't local SEO, it's a placeholder. My website design work goes further: I design custom pages for each of your service areas from the ground up, giving a visitor in Henderson, Summerlin, or wherever you serve a genuinely unique, custom browsing experience, not a copy-pasted city page, one built to actually prompt them to act now instead of bouncing back to the search results.
Video Is Part of Your Local SEO
Video matters just as much. Social media marketing and local SEO aren't separate conversations in my process. I create YouTube Shorts and Instagram videos for your business, embed them directly into your website, and add the structured data that helps those videos actually show up in search when your customers are asking the exact questions and topics your business answers. That's your video content doing double duty, engaging your audience and earning search visibility at the same time.
Content Is Part of Your Local SEO
None of it works without real content behind it, either. My content marketing work, blog posts, downloadable guides and PDFs, service pages built around the real questions your customers are asking, gives search engines and AI platforms the substance they need to actually trust and recommend your business, not just index it.
Local SEO Looks Different by Industry
And it's not just city to city that this changes, it's industry to industry too. A remodeling company competing for "kitchen remodel near me" has a completely different customer journey than a health and wellness practice competing for "pain management near me," or a flooring company competing for "flooring store Las Vegas." I've built this same connected strategy, website, video, content, and reputation working together, for construction and remodeling companies, home service businesses like tree care and flooring, health and wellness practices, and professional service providers like mobile notaries, and every one of those strategies looks different, because every one of those industries searches differently. You can see it for yourself in my case studies.
Local SEO For Your Industry
SEO for Construction Companies
SEO for the Medical Industry
SEO for Tree Companies
SEO for Mobile Notaries
SEO for Flooring Companies
SEO for Home Service Businesses
SEO for Health & Wellness Practices
SEO for Legal & Professional Services
SEO for Real Estate Professionals
SEO for Restaurants & Hospitality
Why This Beats a Big Agency's Playbook
This is where I differ from bigger agencies that hand you off between departments: an SEO team, a content team, a social team, a web team, each working from their own playbook and their own templates. I build all four as one connected strategy, tailored to your specific industry, because that's how Google and AI platforms actually evaluate you: as one business, not four separate deliverables from four different people who only speak to each other during weekly briefing meetings.

Discover How I Help Businesses Get Found on Google & AI Engines
Learn About Your Business
I've seen what cookie-cutter SEO looks like, and I've seen how badly it performs. So before I touch a single thing, I dig in: your services, your customers, the areas you actually work in, and what success looks like for you specifically.
Then I run a real audit, your website, your Google Business Profile, your competitors, and where you currently stand in AI Overviews and search results today. Not a generic checklist. An honest read on exactly where you're starting from.
Build the Foundation Most Agencies Rush Through
This is the unglamorous part, and it's also the part that determines whether anything else works. Before Google or an AI platform will ever recommend you, they have to be able to understand you clearly and trust what they're reading.
So I fix the technical issues quietly hurting your visibility, build out proper schema markup so search engines and AI tools know exactly who you are and what you do, and make sure your business information is accurate everywhere it appears.
It's not flashy work, but skip it and everything built on top of it is standing on sand.
Create Content That Helps People
Before someone hires a business, they have questions. What does this cost? How does the process work? Is this company actually trustworthy?
I build content around those real questions, whether that's a service page, a location page, an FAQ, or a video, written in a way that's genuinely useful to a person and easy for search engines and AI platforms to pull from.
This isn't content stuffed with keywords and written to hit a word count. It's the kind of page that gets cited when someone asks ChatGPT or an AI Overview for a recommendation.
Build a Reputation That Search Engines and AI Actually Trust
Your website is only half the story. Search engines and AI platforms also look at how your business is talked about everywhere else before they'll recommend you: reviews, local citations, and mentions across the web that back up what your site says about you.
I work on strengthening those signals so that when Google or an AI tool is deciding who's credible enough to recommend, your business has the track record to back it up.
Measure, Improve, and Keep Growing
SEO isn't a one-and-done project. The moment your competitors notice they're slipping in search results, they ramp things up, and if no one's watching your numbers in between, that's how a business quietly loses ground it worked hard to earn.
So every month, I dig into real data across multiple sources, not vanity metrics, and I'll actually explain what it's telling us instead of just handing you a screenshot.
Take Google Search Console, as an example. One metric it tracks is average position, which sounds like a number where lower is bad, but it's the opposite. Average position measures where your pages typically land in search results, so a lower number means you're ranking higher, closer to the top of page one. If that number is dropping, that's a good sign your visibility is improving. I'll walk you through what's driving it, whether it's a page we optimized, a technical fix that kicked in, or a shift in how Google is ranking your industry right now.
I do the same across every data source I pull from, connecting the numbers back to what they actually mean for your business, not just reporting data for the sake of reporting it. That might mean updating a page, expanding into a new service area, or adjusting for a shift in how Google or AI platforms are ranking things.
And because I keep my client roster intentionally small, this is me doing the work every month, not a rotating account team who's never actually talked to you. At every stage, my focus is on keeping your business visible across Google and the AI engines people are turning to, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and whatever comes next, and on making sure the trust you put in hiring me as your SEO company never goes misplaced.
Why Choose Me Over a Large Las Vegas SEO Agency
When you hire a large Las Vegas SEO agency, you’re rarely working with the person whose name is on the door. You’re handed off to an account manager, who reports to a strategist, who reports to whoever’s actually making decisions about your campaign. By the time feedback reaches the person doing the work, something’s usually gotten lost along the way.
I know this firsthand because I used to be that account manager. I spent time managing SEO work at a large agency, and I watched strategy get diluted every time it passed through another layer of hand-offs. A recommendation would start out sharp and specific, and by the time it reached the client, or the person actually executing it, it had been simplified, generalized, or missed the point entirely. It wasn’t that the people involved didn’t care. There were just too many hands touching the same account for anything to stay intact.
That’s not how I operate. When you work with me, you’re working directly with the person who built the strategy, wrote the content, and knows exactly why every decision was made, because nothing passes through anyone else first.
To be fair, large agencies can absolutely deliver good work, that’s not the argument. What they can’t always deliver is the personal relationship that comes with it. I keep my client roster intentionally small so I have the bandwidth to give every business I work with the attention to detail and results they actually expect when they choose to hire someone small instead of someone big.
An employee clocks out. An owner can't, not when their name is the one attached to your results. That's the difference, and that's why my clients choose to work with me.
Working with Sarah has truly restored our faith in the industry. After having a very disappointing experience with a previous agency that left us feeling taken advantage of, frustrated, and unsure of who to trust, Sarah came in and completely changed everything.

I manage your listings across all three, keeping information accurate, photos current, and your FAQs and service descriptions built to answer what people are actually searching for. Your Google Business Profile is often the first place an AI tool looks to confirm you're real, so it gets treated like a homepage, not an afterthought.Entity and NAP consistency across your core directories
I make sure your business name, address, and phone number are identical everywhere they appear online. AI systems cross-check this consistency to confirm your business is legitimate before they'll recommend you.Full schema markup implementation
This is the behind-the-scenes coding that tells search engines and AI tools who you are, what you offer, and why you're credible. Every client gets this done properly from day one, it's never held back at a lower tier.Review response management and ongoing review generation
I respond professionally to reviews as they come in and actively encourage customers to leave detailed feedback. AI systems read what customers actually wrote, not just your star rating.Competitor and visibility tracking (up to 5 competitors)
Ongoing research into where your competitors stand against you in the market, so we know exactly where the opportunities are for you to move ahead.Traditional ranking reports for Google search visibility
Each month, you'll see exactly where your business is showing up in Google search results and how that compares to your competitors, straightforward reporting so you always know where you stand.Geo-targeted, hyperlocal, and pillar page content (up to 2 pages/month)

Your Google ranking and visibility reports expand to cover up to five locations, so you can see how you're performing across every market you serve, not just one.AI Search Visibility Reporting across AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
Alongside your traditional Google ranking reports, I track how and whether your business shows up when people ask AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini questions relevant to your industry, and actively adjust content and technical signals to improve it every month. One location is included in this package for AI visibility tracking, and additional AI visibility tracking locations can be added for $200 per month each.Expanded entity mapping across every relevant directory and platform
Entity mapping means making sure your business name, address, phone number, and other key details are listed accurately and consistently everywhere your business appears online. The same content strategy as Search Foundations, just running at more than double the volume. One of those five monthly pieces is a thoroughly researched blog post, written to establish you as a real authority in your local market and to be cited by AI tools as well as read by people.Expanded competitor and visibility tracking across your full competitive landscape
A deeper, more complete picture of where you stand against your full competitive landscape in each of the locations you're targeting, so you know exactly how you stack up, visibility-wise, in every location that generates revenue for your business.Engaging video marketing via YouTube Shorts
A short, captivating video showcasing your products or services, built to engage your local audience at every stage of their decision.
Need national targeting or something outside these two packages? Let's talk about a custom plan.
Why My SEO Pricing Might Look Higher Than Other Quotes You've Gotten
I need to be honest with you about something, because you deserve honesty more than you deserve a sales pitch.
If you've shopped around, you've probably seen SEO plans for $300, $500, or $900. On paper, that sounds like a steal. But here's what nobody tells you before you sign: you're not getting that "strategy" that agency is pitching, you're getting a slice of a machine built to serve hundreds of businesses at once. Your city gets swapped into a template. Your content gets churned out at scale, often with barely a human set of eyes on it before it goes live. Your account gets handed to whoever on a small team has room that month, not someone who's actually sat down and understood what makes your business different.
That's not a strategy. That's a hustle wearing a price tag that feels too good to pass up.
And it's starting to catch up with people. Google's most recent updates have specifically gone after what it calls scaled content abuse, sites pumping out AI-generated content at volume with no real oversight, and the fallout hasn't been small: traffic drops of 50 to 80 percent, manual penalties citing content with "little or no added value." That bargain price isn't just risking your money. It's risking the actual results you're paying for in the first place.
Trust me, you'll want to continue reading this
Here's the part that really worries me for you: this kind of damage doesn't stay contained to a bad month. A penalty or a trust drop follows your domain, not your provider. So if you leave that agency six months or a year from now, you don't just walk away clean, you take the damage with you, and you start your next chapter of SEO already dug out of a hole instead of standing on solid ground. Meanwhile, every month you spend recovering is a month your competitors, the ones who invested in something real from day one, keep pulling further ahead. That $300 a month can end up costing you far more than a higher-priced strategy ever would, just spread out over the time it takes to undo the damage.
I don't do that. I never will. Every strategy I build starts with me actually getting to know your business, your competitors, and your customers, because that's the only way I know how to do this work honestly. I keep my roster small on purpose, not because I can't grow, but because I refuse to be the person who takes your money and hands you a copy-paste version of what I gave the last five clients.
If my pricing feels higher, it's because it reflects real work, not a shortcut. You deserve to know exactly what you're paying for, and you deserve better than being sold a template with your name stapled onto it.
Las Vegas Backlink and Authority Building SEO Services
Link building has changed. What counted as a strong, safe strategy a few years ago doesn’t carry the same weight today, and the tactics that actually move the needle now (real digital PR, genuine industry relationships, strategic guest placements) take a different kind of investment.
Rather than squeeze a watered down version into a package, I’d rather build you a backlink strategy that’s actually tailored to your industry, your competition, and your goals, priced honestly for what that work involves.
If authority building is something you want to prioritize, let’s talk about it separately and build a plan that fits.
Free Website & SEO Audit for Las Vegas Businesses
Not sure if your website's structure or SEO is actually working the way it should? This free audit gives you a real, detailed look at what's happening behind the scenes today, so you know exactly where you stand and what to fix first.

Founder, NGD Marketing
Why Is This Audit Free?
Running a business is hard. You're expected to wear every hat, solve every problem, and somehow still find time to grow. Most business owners don't need more marketing jargon. They need someone who will simply tell them what's working, what isn't, and what to do next.
I've been helping businesses grow since 2011, and as a small business owner myself, I know how much every lead, every phone call, and every dollar matters.
That's why this audit is free. It's an opportunity for me to help first. If it gives you value and you decide you'd like my help implementing it, I'd love to earn your business. If not, you'll still walk away with actionable insights you can use immediately.

Las Vegas SEO Agency Services FAQ
Welcome to my SEO Services FAQ, your go-to guide for understanding the ins and outs of Search Engine Optimization. I believe in empowering business owners with the knowledge to navigate the ever-evolving world of search, whether that’s classic Google rankings or the AI platforms now shaping how customers find businesses. Whether you’re a seasoned entrepreneur or just starting your online journey, this FAQ is designed to answer your questions about my SEO, AEO, and GEO services.
What is SEO, and why is it important for my business?
SEO, or Search Engine Optimization, is the practice of optimizing your website and online presence so your business shows up where customers are actually searching. It’s crucial for local businesses because it increases visibility, drives organic traffic, and puts you in front of people who are already looking for what you offer, whether they’re searching on Google, asking an AI Overview, or getting a recommendation from ChatGPT.
What's the difference between SEO, AEO, and GEO, and do I need all three?
You don’t need to think of these as three separate services. Traditional SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) are three destinations built from the same foundation: a technically sound website, accurate business information, and content that genuinely answers your customers’ questions. When I work on your SEO, I’m building that foundation in a way that helps you show up in classic search results, AI-generated answers, and AI-powered recommendations, all at once, not running three separate strategies.
How do you approach SEO keyword research?
I start by learning the intent of your audience, what they’re searching for, what questions they have, and how I can position your website to help them at each stage of their decision. For traditional SEO, that means identifying keywords and phrases that are relevant, have real search volume, and are specific to your industry. For local SEO, I layer in location-based terms to connect you with buyers in your actual service area. My research also factors in the kinds of questions people are now asking AI platforms, since those answer-based and long-tail queries matter just as much for AEO as they do for traditional rankings.
What is On-Page SEO?
On-page SEO involves optimizing the elements directly on your website to improve visibility in search results. This includes refining meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, image alt text, and building out new pages tailored to your ideal customers. Each page should be genuinely useful, easy to read, and naturally include the keywords, phrases, and location details that matter to your business. On-page SEO is also where I build in the schema markup that helps AI tools understand exactly who you are and what you do.
What are some ways to improve local SEO?
Start by claiming and optimizing your Google Business Profile and Bing Places listing. From there, make sure your business name, address, and phone number (NAP) are consistent across every platform where your business appears, since inconsistency is one of the quiet things that makes AI tools and search engines trust you less. If you’d like help with this, my Local SEO services cover optimizing your Google and Bing profiles, getting listed on relevant directories, and making sure your presence on Google Maps and Apple Maps is accurate and complete.
How does your approach to backlink building work?
Backlink building isn’t part of any of my SEO packages, and that’s intentional. I start by auditing your current backlink profile to understand where you stand, then build a strategy tailored to your industry and goals. I prioritize quality over quantity and stay away from outdated tactics like private blog networks, link farms, blog comment spam, and forum spamming. Instead, I focus on strategic outreach: industry relationships, content partnerships, competitor backlink analysis, guest posting, and internal linking. Because this work varies so much from business to business, it’s priced separately based on what your specific strategy requires. If it’s something you want to prioritize, I’m happy to talk through a plan built around your goals.
How long does it take to see results from SEO?
SEO is a gradual process, and the timeline depends on factors like industry competition and where your website currently stands. Most clients start to see noticeable movement within a few months, with more significant results building over six months to a year. AI search visibility can shift faster in some cases, since AI platforms update their sourcing more frequently than traditional rankings, but a strong foundation is still what makes those gains stick.
What is the role of content in SEO?
Content is one of the most important pieces of SEO. Genuinely helpful, well-written content engages your visitors and gives search engines and AI platforms the information they need to understand what your pages are about and who they’re for. I write content that reflects your brand, naturally incorporates the keywords and locations that matter to your business, and answers the real questions your customers are asking, the kind of content that’s more likely to get cited by an AI Overview, not just ranked by Google.
Is SEO a one-time service, or is it ongoing?
SEO is an ongoing process. Search engines and AI platforms constantly update how they evaluate and surface businesses, and your competitors aren’t standing still either. Regular monitoring, strategy adjustments, and staying current with how search is evolving are essential to maintaining and growing your visibility over time.
How do you handle algorithm and AI platform updates?
I stay on top of changes across both traditional search engines and AI platforms. When something shifts, whether it’s a Google algorithm update or a change in how an AI tool sources its answers, I assess the impact on your specific website and adjust your strategy accordingly, so you’re not left guessing why your numbers moved.
Why are your services priced so competitively?
New Generation Digital Marketing is intentionally structured to operate differently from larger agencies. Without the overhead that often comes with large teams and office operations, I’m able to focus resources directly on the work itself rather than passing additional costs on to clients.
My goal has always been to provide thoughtful, high-quality marketing support that remains accessible to small and mid-sized businesses. By keeping my client roster selective and working closely with the businesses I support, I’m able to deliver personalized service while maintaining pricing that is fair and competitive.

What To Expect:
- Once you submit the contact form, I'll personally reach out via email within 48 hours.
- In that email, you'll get an initial SEO audit along with a detailed timeline outlining what the first three months of working together would actually look like.
- From there, we'll set up a one-hour consultation to walk through my process, your goals, and my recommendations based on that initial audit.
